Note for SG: This is the new subscription form for the footer to go on all pages of the site. (I cannot add the form that was previously there because it is on an "old" version of the site & it is not a choice for me to add when editing it.)

When I have your "ok" I will add this to the footer and connect it to the email sequence that exists for all other new subscribers (those subscribing through the pop-up).
